Click Show in Folder or Finder to access your saved captions.
In the Closed Caption window, after closed caption is entered by yourself or another party, click Save closed caption history.
Start your instant or scheduled meeting.

In the navigation menu, click Settings.
To enable or disable Save Captions for your own use:
(Optional) If you want to make this setting mandatory for all users in the group, click the lock icon, and then click Lock to confirm the setting.

Click the applicable group name from the list.
In the navigation menu, click User Management then Groups.
Sign in to the Zoom web portal as an admin with the privilege to edit groups.
To enable or disable Save Captions for a group of users:
(Optional) If you want to make this setting mandatory for all users in your account, click the lock icon, and then click Lock to confirm the setting.
You can then select between Host, Host + Co-host, All Participants who are not guests (external participants), or All Participants with the following IP address.
(Optional) Select the Allow only the following users to save captions from the meeting checkbox to restrict which participants in a meeting are allowed to locally save a copy of the captioning transcript in a live meeting.
If a verification dialog appears, click Enable or Disable to verify the change.
Under In Meeting (Advanced), click the Save Captions toggle to enable or disable it.
In the navigation menu, click Account Management then Account Settings.
